Fors formaat, zonder lijst 44 x 64 cm. Met prachtige mat goud vergulde lijst 64 x 84 cm.
Prachtig schilderij van David Schulman, in het onderwerp waarin hij uitblinkt: sfeervolle winterse landchappen. David Schulman was een van de belangrijkste schilders van de Larense school. In Blaricum en Laren maakte hij dan ook zijn meeste werk, zoals ook dit schilderij.
Al in zijn eigen tijd kreeg hij veel waardering voor zijn werk. Hij ontving talloze nationale en internationale onderscheidingen. Zijn werk is te vinden in diverse belangrijke musea zoal het Singer in Laren, het Joods Historisch museum, het Goois museum in Hilversum etc. Maar daarnaast hangt zijn werk ook nog bij veel particulieren aan de muur, en terecht!
