Willem Visser studied at the Rotterdam Academy from 1974 to 1979. Between 1979 and 2002 he regularly exhibited landscapes and cityscapes in the Netherlands and Belgium. He was particularly interested in polder landscapes and forest views at that time. His work can be found in private and public collections at home and abroad.
