This is a very early painting by the artist from the first quarter of 1971. and one of the first works in oil paint. For those who are not familiar with the work of this artist, it is so that he almost never drew or painted civilization; people are naked, and we see nature or imagination of animals and plants. Only in his later paintings
he does show additions of man-made materials such as glass or bricks and utensils.

Jaap Luteyn attaches great importance to explaining his working methods and techniques, especially after misunderstandings about this arose. His drawings always have a white border around them, which is created by taping off his drawing before he makes it. He then removes the tape and thus obtains a nice, tight frame. Luteyn's work is always one unique piece, so no lithograph, etching or silkscreen with an edition. Techniques: Pencil (graphite) and coloured pencil. Pastel , pastel pencil and pastel chalk. Watercolour paint and watercolour pencil. Acrylic paint : the carrier can be canvas, panel or drawing cardboard, always provided with a frame (usually black/metallic Acrylic ink : and watercolour pencils are often combined and always presented as a drawing in a white frame with passepartout. 6) Oil paint : On turpentine or water-thinnable basis (later years) are always presented as a painting with a simple narrow frame usually (metallic black). The carriers are identical to those of acrylic paint. Tools : Pencils, brushes and scalpels, and in some projects airbrush was used as a supplement in skies especially in the (in the 90's).
