Han Teng was born in 1978 and graduated from Tianshui Teaching College in 2001, specializing in art. His work 'Earth' won the second prize at the Youth Art Fair. His oil painting 'That Year' was awarded the title Excellent Artwork during the 50th anniversary of the PR China Fund.
