Ger Daniels - Red tulips

Ger Daniels profiled himself as a free spirited artist. He believed that anyone could make art. Art is an expression of the spirit. In his studio in Haarlem and Heemstede he had many students to whom he tried to convey this. He himself had once been taught by Albert Loots. He became a member of Group 65 in Haarlem to rebel against the established order. Daniels used many techniques. His favorite subject was the human figure or person. Many favorite musicians, famous figures and even Indians were created on paper, canvas, plaster and bronze and natural products such as feathers, wood and stone. He shared his studio with his wife, Fernande Laas. This work is in perfect condition, is dated and bears the well-known monogram of the artist. Will be sent by registered mail.
