The work came into my possession via an auction lot of Domains, with a number of special items in it, which I am now offering for sale here. A large part of the works obtained can be traced back to the Patent Council in The Hague, including a number of portraits of men who have worked for this council. Mr. Snijder van Wissenkerke is one of the portrayed men who was chairman of the Patent Council.
The work is in good condition as far as I can judge as a layman. There are a number of imperfections, which I have clarified in the photos.
No certificate of authenticity was included and the work was not seen by a specialist. Determining who, what and where was done by researching it myself.
