Erik Buijs is bekend om zijn mens/manfiguren, vaak in brons gegoten. Zo ook deze twee kleine mannen die samen één beeld vormen. De blik van de mannen is uitdagend, eigenzinnig, stoer en tóch gevoelig. Kenmerkend voor de beelden van deze kunstenaar.
Je bepaalt zelf hoe je de mannen positioneert ten opzichte van elkaar. Je kunt ze ook samen iets laten dragen. Zo kun je steeds een nieuw beeld maken. (zie foto's) Uiteraard krijg je bij aankoop de plankjes en het steentje erbij.
Dit beeld is gemaakt in 1999 in een oplage van 20 stuks. Dit is nr. 17. Hoogte van de mannen 16 cm, breedte 5 cm.
