Dario Bosa was born in 1958 in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Already during his youth, the artist was fascinated by form and expression and at the age of 15, the young Bosa started painting and sculpting!
The power of colour and the rhythm of form are characteristic of the expressive work of this passionate artist. The artist is a true poet on canvas: always searching for the harmony of form, colour, matter and technique.
The artist knows how to immortalize the sultry warmth and rhythm of Brazilian street life in his paintings, almost tangibly. When making his paintings, the artist often uses stretcher frames that are eight centimeters thick, elevating the painting to a truly three-dimensional art object.
Dario Bosa shows that he masters multiple disciplines. The Brazilian artist, best known for his beautiful abstract works, has created a number of beautiful dynamic pieces in which women play the leading role. The works are, as we are used to from this artist, beautiful in use of color and figuration and the sizes of the pieces are also very original!
Dario Bosa's artworks are now finding their way to a rapidly growing group of enthusiasts in Brazil, Argentina and Europe.
