Every Monday evening a Special auction ends focusing on a particular artist or theme. Would you like to participate as a seller? That is possible! You will find more information here.
Arkadiy Kurta was born in 1977 in Ukraine and graduated from the Kiev School of Photography in 2007.
With each click of his shutter, Kurta breaks with tradition and gives us a glimpse of how women play with ideas of desire, freedom, and sexual provocation. His photographs are a break from the conformity of everyday norms and allow us to see the world through the eyes of an audacious & committed artist.
What Kurta's art reveals most is that the a compelling photograph is one that lays bare both the body and the soul. His photographs challenge the uneasy balance between the beauty of the female form and the ire its depiction arouses amongst the apostles of 'political correctness'.
