Anton Staartjes, born 01-08-1951 in Amsterdam, graphic artist, photographer, designer, monumental artist, publicist and (web) designer.
Education: Gerrit Rietveld Academy.
Place of work: Amsterdam.
In addition to his work as a visual artist, he was a member of various advisory committees and boards in the field of visual arts in the 1980s.
After 1990, Anton Staartjes is also active as a freelance publicist. In the form of interviews, background stories and explanations/workshops he writes articles about visual arts, photography and (digital) technology.
