Antwerpen 17-04-1895 – Sassenheim 20-02-1968Albertus Johannes Augustus (Albert) Neuhuys was een Nederlands etser, kunstschilder, tekenaar en aquarellist.
Neuhuys kreeg zijn opleiding op de Academie Antwerpen en op de Academie van Beeldende Kunsten in Rotterdam, waar hij de etstechniek leerde van Antoon Derkzen van Angeren. Hij maakte onder meer portretten, naaktfiguren, landschappen en haven- en stadsgezichten. Gedurende de twintiger en dertiger jaren van de vorige eeuw maakte de Rotterdamse graficus zijn werken met volkstypen, vrouwen van lichte zeden en haventaferelen.
